4 more days of school left!


so after pestering my instructors for several months to get me a pig's head, i finally got to spend the past week making head cheese completely from scratch...it was lovely fun chasing my classmates around with one of the eyes spiked onto a carving fork. the head cheese turned out pretty awesome as well.

also, evidently, your humble narrator is not the kind of girl to bring home to meet your girlfriend...
